Single Payer Universal Healthcare - Providing healthcare for all with a balanced, holistic approach will eliminate health disparities and create a natural reduction in healthcare costs and increase quality of life for all.

Marriage Equality -  The State should recognize every persons right to marriage regardless of sexual orientation and guarantee access for all to join in legal union with benefits and responsibilities that protect families.

 Cannabis Hemp Sales Tax/Grow Industrial Hemp -Tax sales of marijuana to adults over the age of 21 which is anticipated to exceed $1 billion annually. Include full normalization of and a free market for industrial hemp which would significantly increase job opportunities and state revenues.

Amend Proposition 13 -  Adopt the split-roll property tax system, in which income-producing property is taxed at a higher rate than primary residences.  Amending Prop 13 should also include automatic reassessments when businesses are sold.

Electoral Reform - Institute instant run-off voting in elections and develop pilot programs for proportional representation which would reduce costly campaigns and elections. Institute public financing of campaigns.

State Bank - Inject our local economies. Money into local banks and credit unions, not Wall Street banks to big to fail. Fund small businessese, and get students loans for education, get small agribusiness converting to hemp cultivation.

Environmental Sustainability - Regional water planning, clean air/reduce carbon emissions, ocean protections, preserve forests, protect parks, create more open space, more bike paths, more public transportation.
